CROMER AND SHERINGHAM ROTARY CLUB - ALMOST £1000 FOR 'HELP FOR HEROES'

The Cromer and Sheringham Rotary Club Christmas Sleigh Collection raised £966.85. The proceeds, collected outside Morrisons over two days before Christmas, will all go to 'Help for Heroes' - the charity formed to help victims or their families of those wounded or killed in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

The Morley Club

Coffee Morning to be held at the Morley Club, Cromer Road, Sheringham on Saturday 13th February 10-12 noon.

Tombola and Raffle together with other stalls. Proceeds to be shared with Sheringham in Bloom who will be represented to answer questions etc.

The next meeting of North Walsham U3A will be held on Friday 5 February 2010 at 2.30 pm at the Roman Catholic Church Hall, North Walsham, NR28 9JX.
The guest speaker will be Jenny Matthew JP, talking about the work of a Magistrate.

THE ROTARY CLUB OF NORTH WALSHAM

Our Blind Bowls Christmas Tea was Held on Wednesday 16th December at Rossi’s Leisure centre. Pictured on the right is North Walsham Rotary president Brian Wexler presenting visually handicapped bowler John Bolton-Maggs with the Bowler of 2009 Trophy.

The tea was held at Rossi's Leisure Centre where the facilities were provided completely free of charge for the bowlers.
