Age Concern

From 1st December Age Concern North Norfolk's Capacity and Access team and Volunteer Manager moved from Sheringham to a new base in Cromer called 'The Place'. We provide information and support services, including signposting, help and information about benefits and any other areas of concern, along with a handyman service and Befriending. We aim to have leaflets and books for general reference and later on, access to the internet for anyone who needs it for information purposes. We invite any older person or anyone with a disability to call in or contact us.  'The Place' will be officially opened by Norman Lamb, MP on Friday 30th January 2008 at 12 noon.

As from 15th December, our General Manager, Lyn Battrick, will be based at our Day Centre, at Cremer Street, Sheringham, telephone 01263 823126.
Our Day Centre is open 5 days a week for lunches, help with bathing, social activities etc.
