North Norfolk Photographic Society

North Norfolk Photographic Society (NoNoPS) held a major Club Competition on Wednesday 21st January. The evening was devoted to projected images - both slides and digital - and there were two contests.

 

The Best All Rounder requires members to enter 4 images, (landscape, portrait, nature and open) which are judged as a group to choose - the Best All Rounder!

The other competition was the "Annual" competition when up to 3 entries may be submitted, judged individually to choose the image of the year.

Judge Daphne Hanson CPAGB came from darkest fenland and gave a sparkling performance whilst commenting upon and marking the 108 pictures shown. Winners were Best All Rounder Judy Knights, and in the Annual Competition Alan Dedman.

The contest to find the Best All Rounder in the Prints section takes place on Wednesday 4th February, and visitors will be made most welcome at the Loades Hall, Holt at 7.30 pm.
