He went on to say, "An essential ingredient of this development will be to work in
co-operation with other tourist attractions within the town, such as the North Norfolk
Railway, Henry Ramey Upcher Lifeboat Volunteers, RNLI Lifeboat Museum as well as other
maritime museums along the coast.
The opening of this new museum, which will incorporate the existing museum in Station
Road, will help rejuvenate and bring visitors to this area of the town and we look forward
to working in partnership with local shops and catering outlets to help boost the economy
of the town." Peter invites anyone who has old photographs, or any other material
relating to Sheringham to contact him so that it can be copied and thereby add to the
Museum's knowledge and understanding of the heritage and culture of our town. He can be
