UPDATE |
Become a Broadband Campaign Volunteer
The campaign to get Broadband Internet Access via your BT phone line has reached an
important milestone - We are half way there with over 250 registrations of interest. This
is a tremendous achievement in a short space of time - thank you to everyone who has
registered their interest so far.
We are now looking for volunteers who are willing to give a little of their time to help
raise the awareness further and achieve the final 250 registrations of interest. Would you
be willing to help? We need people from Sheringham, Upper Sheringham, and Beeston Regis.
If you would like to know more then please contact the at-sheringham team on 01263 826005
or pop in to the at-sheringham office (Norfolk A-Z), we are opposite the tourist
information centre in Sheringham.
If you haven't registered your interest so far, then please do so now by logging on to
http://www.at-sheringham.co.uk. Remember that an expression of interests does not commit
you in any way to taking the broadband service but does help make us reach the target
level or interest required.
Some of the key benefits of BT broadband.
You can access the Internet at anytime without tying up your phone line in any way.
It's available in a variety of performance levels with speeds up to 10 to 40 times faster
than an existing modem connection.
Installation is straightforward and typically does not involve anyone coming to your home
or business, unless you wish them to set it up for you.
It is always ready to use straitaway, as there is no need to dial up or make a connection.
The Internet Service is a fixed price irrelevant of usage, so it is easy to budget for.
Prices are typically about £ 29.00 a month including VAT.
The BT Broadband service does not commit you to using BT as your Internet Service
Provider. There are lots of service providers out there who have broadband packages. This
means you have a choice of who to use and the services are very competitively priced.
Paston Chase a local Internet service provider based in Norwich has been helping with this
campaign and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about Broadband. Their
number is 01603 502061.
So if you haven't already, register today at http://www.at-sheringham.co.uk. With the
right level of support we could hit the required level of interest in November this year.
Willing to help by giving a little of your spare time? We would really like to hear from
you. Please contact the at-sheringham team on 01263 826005 about becoming a BT broadband
campaign volunteer. |
