To release health authority bed from road traffic victims
for general medical priorities To achieve the mission without disturbing other policing
operations and capabilities and recovery of the costs solely from the fines placed on
offenders. Legal Weapon is based on a true story, the play was about Andy, a 'boy racer'
who tried to justify his speeding and claimed it was an accident when he killed 16 year
old Kelly. He got eighteen months in (not enough for taking someone life) prison but at
least it wasn't a bed of roses for him - other inmates beat him up. The play was very
entertaining with its loud music and language, which is often heard by young people, it
wasn't just a 'boring lecture' play. The four young actors were very convincing in their
roles and captivated their audience of year 10 pupils. During the play, facts about road
accidents and highway-code laws were mentioned. A quiz afterwards tested the audience of
how much they took in. Peter Walton the road safety officer will do a follow up lesson. |
