After years of working, perhaps urging away,
Doing our best, day after day,
How wonderful to have help, and carers,
Appreciation and company, plenty of sharers.
I know it's difficult to give up our homes,
Live in smaller places without any domes,
Starting afresh with different people and places,
Fitting in a new pattern, also stranger new faces.
But it's worth it to have our own special rooms,
Bells to pull when we've tripped and danger looms.
So count your blessings, put aside what has passed,
He will watch over us, to the last.

Dear editor,
You may or may not of heard that Sheringham and Cromer coastguards have designed a
calendar to help raise money for "Children In Need". This calendar is priced at
£10.00 each and shows ALL their kinds of equipment? All the profits of the calendar go to
the children in need charity. Please would you be kind enough to help publicise this in
your office window or paper.
