HOLIDAY FUNDRAISER FOR LOCAL MAN |
We are raising money to purchase a mobility
chair for Paul who suffers from MS. Paul was our local butcher for many years,
‘Macs’, where Icarus Hines is now. He was also a member of the Lifeboat Crew and
has dedicated many years of his life to the people of this town.
18th July Huge Auction at The Lobster from 3pm. We have lots of items donated by local
businesses to help us to raise large amounts of cash for the fund.
8th August Second Huge Auction at The Dunstable Arms from 3pm with more prizes donated by
local businesses. Richard Lawson from North Norfolk Radio will be the compere for the day.
27th August Evening Disco and Raffle at Sheringham Social Club, Non Members £2 entry fee. |

28 August Afternoon Barbeque and Ten-Pin Bowling, £2
entry fee for Bowling. Live Music and Raffle in the evening at The Dunstable Arms
29th August Our main event will be an 11 mile sponsored walk leaving from the Lobster at
9am, along the cliff path with a treasure trail on the way. Treasure Trail £2 entry fee.
Fancy dress is optional. We meet up at Icarus Hines, Cromer and return along the coast
road to the Lobster. Where there will be a barbeque, live music and raffle.
30th August Children’s games on the beach from 11 – 12.30, Tug-of-war between
Sheringham pubs on the Central Beach 12.30 – 2pm and Pool competition at The Lobster
3-6pm. Lifeboat Crew will be doing a display from 10.00am. |
