LETTER |
| Having just read your latest
edition of @ Sheringham I feel that I must object to your description of holidaymakers, my
husband and myself visit your lovely town about 3 times a year staying in one of two
excellent B&Bs, supporting your local economy, eating in your restaurants, and on
occasion have visited the theatre. I must admit that we never visit in August but even
so we do not expose our flesh (heaven forbid), drop litter, make smell or any of the other
things you accuse holidaymakers of, because we do visit out of season however, in the
evenings we have to run the gauntlet of mostly drunken local teenagers and a greater
police presence per capita than we see in our home town and this can spoil a night out.
Holidaymakers come and go but the locals are yours to keep. Yes we did have a
great harvest supper at our local Church, thank you.

marked! To all of you a very big THANKYOU. On behalf of Blyth and Sons LTD.,
