WALK FOR RLNI & TWINNING ASSOCIATION

The Norfolk Association of Twin Communities is holding a sponsored walk on April 23rd in support of the RNLI and the town twinning associations of the County.   Walkers are able to nominate their twinning association for which they want to walk, and raise sponsorship, of which at least half is to go to the RNLI.

The walk is from Wroxham (Hoveton) to Aylesham, about 9 miles, but with optional shorter walks.  There is an entry fee but this includes return to the starting point by the Bure Valley Railway, and any spare money from the entry fees will be donated to the RNLI.   There is also an option of joining in a lunch time barbecue at Aylsham, following the walk for particpants.

Entry is by application only, and all the details can be found on the web site http://www.norfolknetwork.co.uk, but for those without access to the web, details can be obtained by phoning 01362 692270.   Anyone can join in.  Last year this event raised over £1500 for the air ambulance and this year we would like to do even better for the RNLI, so please join in for a lovely day out, and help our worthwhile causes as well.
