Club, both the print and the slide sections. Winning is not that important because
there were some wonderful pictures to enjoy from both clubs but it is nice to bask in the
glow of satisfaction knowing that a judge appreciates the quality of members' pictures.
The second report is that Liz Kendall was first in the club's Annual Competition
with her print of 'Marsh Orchids' and Richard Kelham was first in the slide section with
'The Chef'. As only one picture can win the competition outright, judge, Anna Meek,
chose Richard's slide to win the Annual Cup. Before the club season closes for the summer
there is one presentation that could be just what you are looking for. On Wednesday
May 10th Stephen Everett, of Kings and Barnham, is going to, hopefully, brighten our lives
and help us understand the digital maze with his talk 'Bring Me Sunshine'. With such an
intriguing title can you afford to miss it? Stephen might just be able to sort out
some of your digital problems. Even if you haven't ventured down that road yet there
will always be members around to offer help and advice regarding any matter photographic,
slide, film, printing etc. Just ask.
