ON THE ROAD TO WELLBEING WITH THE MOBILE GYMDid you know that here in North Norfolk we have a fantastic mobile gym service that can be accessed Monday to Friday in rural villages and towns where there are no leisure facilities. The local residents can come along and use the facility for £2.00 per person please see the programme below for more details. Wyn John and Guy are the fully qualified Fitness Instructors who are there to help you to achieve your goals be it weight loss or just to regain your fitness and most of all to have an enjoyable time when you visit the gym. John has been with the gym since it started in June 2004 and has seen it grow from strength to strength, John is also our Tai-Chi Instructor and the classes that he leads are for all abilities and are very relaxing and the classes are very popular. Wyn has been with the gym since August and previously was the fitness manager at Splash Leisure and Fitness Centre. Wyn also won an award in 1998 for Fitness Instructor of the year and has had many years experience in the fitness industry and also has a level 3 qualification to work with many different disabilities. Guy is our new recruit and is enjoying his time on the mobile gym he is also a beech life-guard in the summer months. So come along and view the gym at your leisure and we think that you will be pleasantly surprised at our relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All you will have to do before you undertake any exercise is fill out a simple medical questionnaire to ensure that you have a safe and effective programme to exercise to.
